This data is used privately to streamline anti-spam procedures; e.g., if I recognize you I will not require you to go through any other security measures. I may use cookies stored on your computer to recall your information when or if you return. Additionally, your contact information is stored in session variables which are destroyed when the browser is closed.
If you rate an image or article on my website, I will log an entry in my database with the IP address, port, date and time, and referring web page. This information is used to detect spam or bot ratings of photos on my website.
When you visit my website, a service provided by StatCounter (website) will log your IP address, where you came from, keywords you used in search engines which directly led you to my website, etc. This information may be used privately to provide geographical and statistical data about traffic to my website but will never be shared.
At your request, I will purge your information from my database. I am not responsible for data collected and managed by StatCounter, but you may review their privacy policy and contact them with any questions or concerns.
